The Story of Grace Center Established in 1996, Grace Center is a non-profit organization whose mission is to break the cycle of family violence. To accomplish this mission, our Family Violence Program provides support services to survivors of domestic violence and their children. Services at Grace Center, situated in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles, are free to the client.

Services Include:

1. Emergency response
   
2. Crisis intervention, counseling
   
3. Educational outreach programs at local schools, colleges, and community agencies
   
4. Support groups for deaf and English and Spanish speaking clients
   
5. On-site services at local elementary schools provide trauma interviews for kids who have witnessed domestic violence
   
6. Support groups at local high schools for teenage survivors of domestic violence
   
7. Shelter and safe house referrals
   
8. Referrals for food, clothes, medical, legal, and social service resources
   
9. Advocacy and coordination with social services, law enforcement and judicial agencies
