Seen Campaign – Become a Foster Parent

Los Angeles is facing a critical shortage of foster parents

In May 2019, in honor of National Foster Care Month, Five Acres launched our #Seen campaign to spotlight the nearly 20,000+ children growing up in LA without a permanent family. Without help, most of these children will age out of the system at high risk of becoming homeless, incarcerated or unemployed. Together with Five Acres, you can help prevent family separation and safely reunify foster youth with their families or connect them with loving adoptive parent—but we have to act now.

What gives former foster youth superpowers? Watch our special video to find out.

Huge thanks to Matt Nix, Matthew Lillard, Justice Hardy and Andrea Briceno for your help with this film!
