The ALLY Program
The ALLY Program (Adults Lifting Local Youth) start their volunteer journey as members of our Children’s Guild. From there, you’ll be partnered with a child at Five Acres to develop a one-on-one relationship through regular visits and activities. Forming that bond with is one of the most rewarding experiences for volunteers and children alike, and a core element to our treatment program to build the child’s strengths on their pathway to safety, well-being and permanency.
Fuel social responsibility and help your employees give back to our community as Five Acres corporate volunteers. Whether a one-time occasion or a lifetime partnership, we welcome corporate volunteer involvement and will work with you to create the right team-building experience for your team.
Through The Alliance, young professionals help raise awareness for Five Acres’ mission and serve as our first-string volunteers for major events, including our gala and golf tournament. Alliance members also plan two fun yearly events for the foster youth at Five Acres and will have the opportunity to network through mixers and events. Ideal for ages 21–45.
