We offer an annual performance review merit up to 4.5%, and up to 6% for certain positions, a 401k with up to 5.15% match with profit sharing, and an annual retention incentive up to $2000.

Team Building & Wellness

We believe in healthy teams, so throughout the year expect team building activities in addition to our all agency Spring and Holiday Events.

Recognition Program

Team-driven recognition is a part of our culture. You can recognize a co-worker for their amazing efforts by nominating them for a Vision Award. They get a prize from our Swag Store too! We also like to celebrate team member birthdays with recognition and our annual service awards bi-annually.
